Does a cell phone antenna on a C32 mean anything?

2002 C32

Does a cell phone antenna on a C32 mean anything?

So I'm looking at getting a 2002 C32, some of them have a cell phone antenna in the middle of the top of the rear windscreen, does this mean that the car has the phone kit or is it just co-incedental.
How can I get the dealer to check (what should they be able to show me in the car/on the display) to prove that the phone kit is installed?

I'm not sure what phones currently work with the phone kit but I do know that you can't plug any phone in and make it work. The dealer should be able to give you specifics on the phones that work, with the dock and the steering controls etc.
