Hi and welcome to the board. Congrats on your nwe ride. I'd say do with #1 pads and Brabus springs....oh yeah and it depends on what for wheels your're using. If you're using 17'' or 18'' my combination does work fine also with some 19'' wheels!
BTW post some pics of your new ride!

I dropped mine 1.3" front and rear with Eibach Pro Kit springs and Bilstein Sport shocks. (1 finger gap between tire and fender, rear tire looks tucked.)To keep from rubbing w/ 17" x 8.5" ET 35 AMG composite 203's at all four corners with 245/45 ZR 17 's on them I had to use #4 spring pads front and rear.
Each factory C43 sits differently, however. That is why MB has pads #'s 1 through 5 and uses different pads and combinations on each individual C43.
I'm now moving to 245 40 ZR 18"s w/ OZ superleggera 18" x 8" ET 35 rims and will keep the same spring pads to start with. I will adjust as necessary.
Good Luck! (These cars handle a lot better the lower you go).
