heheh. yeah, but i'm not quite sure i see the difference in the pilot sport a/s versus any other all season tire..

Since the handling was changed (for the worse in most cases), I am guessing that MB just decided to adopt a "not approved" status for the tire.

I use these tires on my 2004 E55 in the winter/spring and on my 2006 E350 all year round. I dont have any pulling issues, they wear evenly, and are far better than other tires in its league.

Since we had just purchased a new set of 4 Pilot Sport A/S for the C36 this spring when I saw the bulletin, I did ask Luke. He responded:

And we don't have any pulling/squirrely issues either. The last set on the rear got us 24K miles, which is over twice what the Bridgestone Potenzas gave us.
