its more than just the oil pan usually. i've seen it gouge the front cover as well. if its just the oil pan, its a EASY DIY. and if u need the front cover done ur probrably gonna be working on it for a while.

ive seen some cars where its been damaged and they cleaned it all up and spread JB weld on it, its a bandaide but its a cheap fix that actually works.
