Last weekend I spotted a black C43 on route 66 in northern virginia. I gave and received a thumbs up and drove along with the other car for 15 miles or so. Was it anyone on this board? Just idle curiousity...

Wasn't me. But while we are on the subject and C43 owners on the peninsula (san francisco bay area)?

I'm in Fremont and commute to north San Jose most days. I see another black C43 at least once a week driving around town. It's lowered, but appears stock otherwise. I sometimes catch a silver C43 headin northbound on 880 during the morning commute.

I actually go to school in fremont right off warm springs blvd. I usually drive a volvo 850 turbo wagon, but sometimes i drive the c43. But I come from the peninsla so you probably never see me

I'm always in the Warm Springs area. My old office was just north of Mission and I'm currently just south of there in Milpitas. I'll keep an eye open
