cruise control problem?

95 Mercedes C36 AMG, 2004 CLK500
cruise control problem?
my cruise control only works at speeds lower than 60 mph and over 110 mph. does any one have that problem? or anyone knows why its doing that?

thank you, i think i found out why its happening, i have the rear tires little bit higher on profile. i think thats wats causing the problem
