Can't say I do - I simply check that it has no leaks and is topped off.

I've actually flushed it in my 1997 Ford Expedition with 144K miles on it. Did so at about 120K and it was a good idea. The fluid was obviously shot - not at all clean and little to no lubricative ability. The sqeekes and groans from the power steering went away after I did this. Well worth the $20 IMO.

justdoit!

honestly only done it once on one of the many carz i have had in the past, usu just top off 2...but...psf is just like brake fluid, but not as readily as to abzorb moisture over time...this will in turn slowly rot your components (psp $$$) from the inside out!...nice! ...so, in all truthfulness, i would take my own medicine if i werent so damn LAZY!!!

peace!
