Subframe Bushing Kit "HOW TO"

I'm still searching on how this can be done on a c43?
It's the rear passenger side that went bad. Have any of you guys replace this yourself?

It has ONE long bolt which I think is 11mm and that is all that hold the bushing. Do I have to have some kind of compresor to press the new bushing? Or will some kind of lubricant (to make it slide in better) and the bolt squeeze it back in place?

For both sides MB charged me $78.00, which seems to be an okay price. I took a piture of thr part thats damaged. Basicly when I hit the gas pedal hard and quick the rear wheel goes up and make a LOUD bang.

Any help on getting this done/or link is greatly appriciated

Heres another picture of the bushing that I need to replace. It's circled in red. Anyone know if its hard to install?
