Thanks DLS, anyone else can confirm this that would be great.
My friend's 98 has everything including the foot net, but that could have been added at some point after its new purchase (by a previous owner), or it could be part of a package or accessory (accessory is NOT AN OPTION) and not standard.

1998 Silver C43
So I have found C43 in Jacksonville Florida, (I'm in CA) I have been talking via email with the dealer for the last 6 days. It is just what I've been looking for except it being a 1999, (its a 1998). Dealer asking $28,000 for it. Here are its details. Please tell me what you think my offer should be (~$26K??) Thanks. Oh anyone live in the area wants to go check it out for me?

Starmark Certification 100,000 Mile Warranty
Two Tone Black/White seats
Xenon Headlamps
NO CD CHANGER!
Analog Phone (under radio, which will come out)
29916 Miles
Clear title
VIN: WDBHA33G6WF732924 (anyone have carfax that can run this VIN)
plus all the regular STD goodies

Thats its pic.

Also can someone tell me if I'll have to pay the taxes both in FL and CA for it?
Thanks guys/gals

99 C43
@ $28k is sounds like a bargain. I thought Starmark cars are typically 10% more than non-certified ones, and $28k is about what I would expect to pay for that car in a private sale.

Hope it checks out for you!

That's a pretty ggod deal for a Starmarked car. You should check that out though, how do you verify a Starmark? Go through MB-USA? No CD changer? That's kinda strange, but if you upgrade, no problem!

Starmark warranty??? This only means that after the 4yr/50K miles warranty is over that it continues for ONLY 12 more months or 100K miles, WHICH EVER COMES FIRST!?!?!? Well thats not all that good. Am I worng? Did I misinterpret that MB-USA page about the Starmark?

Here is the page

~~~~edit~~~~
Oh never mind just saw that you can buy more months to it, up to 48 months.
That really does sound like a great deal for 28000 if everything checks out on the car a-ok. Maybe the dealer is sick of looking at it because it may have sat there longer than he thought it would. his loss your gain!!
98 for $28k...is a pretty good buy. I found this one C43. It's a 99 for $35k with 40k miles, but in WHITE.
