99CEEFOURTHREE - I think you did well and you will enjoy your new car. It is well worth paying a higher price for perfect, non molested car.
I owned and drove a '98 C43 for 7 years and I loved it. They are wonderful cars. I sold mine to buy a new E55 in 2005, and I honestly have had times that I have missed my C43 since I sold it.
When I sold my car it was absolutely perfect with all service records and I also got a premium for it.
Let others on here fish for the best buy possible on their clapped out post-modded cars.
