Reverse light not working

Reverse light not working
Hey guys, i just purchase this 1996 C36 Amg with 122000 miles on it. The car is in very good condition and everything works except my reverse light doesn't come on when i put it in reverse. I check the main fuse box under the hood and also put in new bulbs, but still won't come on. Do anyone out there know what's causing this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
