sealer for putting intake back together...
I'm sure a lot of things would work, but I was an autohaus and ordered the non-hardening, oil/gas/etc. resistant rubber sealant they suggest for the water pump and for the intake...
I'm assuming that's the best/right stuff to use
Is that what was used by the factory?
I also ordered a Megan Racing catch can (they make good cheap stuff that I have experience with), new intake gaskets, oil change stuff, crank position sensor etc. etc.
lastly, what plugs would you recommend for me? I had good luck with cheapo coppers last year in stock heat range, but thinking about going colder and maybe running a better name brand... recommendations?

IMO,
yea that gasget sealant should work fine, thats all i would have used, i hope its black and not a red colour, the red looks crap sticking out from there.
and just stick with copper plugs and go one range cooler,NGK are fine
