Carbon fibre like real, or carbon fibre like in the C-class Sport?
Most real carbon fibre trim is going to be laminated on top of existing trim pieces, thus making it appear "thick" and the buttons will be recessed. None of the pre-made kits will get away from this look. If you have custom CF done, you can get material removed before it is laminated to retain the original thickness.
