Water entering my C43
Pretty annoying I have to say and I always have to have them wet vac the passengers side. Has anyone here had this problem with their C43 and what was the remedy?
I really don't want this car to start rusting under the carpet.
Under the hood, up in the right(from driver's point) corner, there is an waterdrain in the air/water duct.
If it's blocked by leaves, the waterlevel will rise too the point where it's overflooding into the air-intake.
Look between the ECU-box and the air/water duct, it's deep down.
Here's a pic, it's number 115/25 that i'm talking about.
It's worth checking.........
By the way, nice C43/55

My AC blower also stopped working (I assume because it was directly in line with the water entering the car). First i checked the main fuse but that was ok. Next, I started to pull off some of the panels under the glove compartment that hide the blower motor and speed controller. I hope to find a gap in the power supply or some sort of discontinuity but I do not have a wiring schematic.
Did you ever figure out the cause of your AC not working? I still get cold air at higher speeds because it is forced into the cabin, but no blower action. Does anyone know how to diagnosis the blower motor and speed controller or have a wiring schematic of them?
This link has been helpfully with the mechanical aspect of removing the blower but does not help me figure out what isnt working.
