C43 Front End Fluid Leak

C43 Front End Fluid Leak
Grateful for your collective advice....
An fluid leak from the front drivers side of the car (it's RHD!) has gone from the odd spot to an unhealthy continuous drip after a long-ish run. I'm pretty sure it's engine oil and it seems to be coming from what I think is the oil radiator - just visible ahead of the front RH wheel and tucked into the front corner of the front wing.
I've searched the forum and can see that the engine end of the cooler has problems and there's a great how-to on changing the seals but there's no reference to leaks from the front end.....unless that's where the oil runs down to and drops off.
Before I start stripping off the front bumper etc to get access and make a right old mess, is this a known/common problem that you folks are aware of? If so, guidance on parts (seals, pipes, radiator...god forbid) etc would be much appreciated so I can fix it in one hit.
