19 inch monoblocks on a c36?

19 inch monoblocks on a c36?
Does anyone know if 19 inch monoblocks would fit on a c36 with totally stock suspension. the wheels are 19 by 8.5 with a ET 46 TIRES ARE 255/40/19. The person who is trying to sell them to me called benz and they said they would fit but I am skeptical. any help would be greatly appreciated

If you just try to bolt the wheels on now, the wheel will hit the spindle on the front.
