How do you pull the door panels off?
I am trying to pull the drivers side rear door panel off, can anyone point me in the right direction of how to do it? It appears there is only 1 bolt on the hasp and the rest looks like it might just pop on. I don't want to break anything so I thought I would ask before I started pulling on stuff.

I saw a "How To" thread on another forum. I'll see if I can find it again.
Cheers

Hard to explain but look at the arm rest from all angles and you should be able to find it.

Note the 7 securing clips holding the seat switch on model 202....HAHAHAHAHAHA you got to love the mercedes tank.. now if that was a GM car from the 90's there would be 2 Christmas tree retainers an inch long that God himself couldn't remove with out breaking a plastic something. But they would be just loose enough that the switch would rattle going down the road at any speed.

just an fyi for anyone reading. the seat switch on my 99C43 does not just pop out like in that video, its attached to the entire door assembly, i tried to pop it out and almost busted the panel.
so yes you have to remove the entire door panel to replace the seat switch, which is why i still haven't replaced mine... maybe this spring.

Hi Guys.
I revisited my door panel again today, and my '98 C43 is nothing like the illustrations above. After scratching my head for a while, I found out that my door handle actually comes apart.

The yellow dots are where the screws bolt the panel to the door.
Hope this helps.
