I've left the club

Seriously though, I will definitely be posting some pics very soon. I'm waiting to do some before/after pics with the mods I have in the mail currently. Tomorrow's task is removing the purpleish bubbling tint that some previous owner installed.....will look much cleaner the way ///M intended it to look I think (and will show off the pristine black leather sport interior of course)
Congratulations on the e30 M3,great car.I'm sure your C43 was/is a fine car,but I promise you the first curvy and mean curvy road you find yourself on the e30 will not disappoint.Have Fun and welcome to the dark side

Not sure that I totally am feeling the mesh e39 wheels, but I may do some e39 M5 wheels in titanium, gunmetal, or matte black. That or possibly some AC schnitzer 5 spokes. We shall see....
Oh yeah, I removed the ugly tint job this afternoon, and am very happy with the results!
) and that's the fun part.Enjoy.

Please keep us posted on the MODS

I love that model which was a top contender in racing back many years ago. The sound should be awesome and the road holding is far better and sporty than the C43 IMO (please don't shot me guys with my comment...) but I have driven both so I can compare. Some guy dropped a V8 Cosworth in one. That one really flies. For the picture of the back end I agree it doesn't do justice to the car. My advice: take a shoot from around 45° at the back so as to get the side with the flared fenders and the back.

Regarding wheels, how about a set of BBS RS or even OEM LTWs? Both would look DOPE!

Haven't really seen any other e30's running them, at least on US boards. I'll probably have to play around a little with spacers and tire size, but I do know of some guys running 18x8.5/9.5 staggered set-ups on their M3's so it is possible.

I'm guessing not, as that would defeat the entire purpose of the car.Anyway, that certainly does look good. And I agree, I haven't ever seen those on an E30 M3 (or any E30 for that matter), although quite a few E36s roll them. The ones on that Touring certainly look like they fit/tuck quite nicely!
Absolutely cannot go wrong with LMs, aside from the weight issue. They look good on just about anything this side of a Yaris...

I think that's probably my plan...that or an RS4.
A friend of mine picked up a set of brand new LMs a couple years back for his E46 M3. By the time rubber was factored in, I think he was into it for like C$8k. Ouch. 19s, mind, but still.
He's got a crazy picture of his LMs with Goodyear F1s mounted, plus another friend's BBS RGTs with fresh rubber, all sitting in the back of his beater Volvo 850 wagon at the time (he had mounted them at work, he's a mechanic). $10k worth of wheels in tires in a car worth $3500. Hah!

rbwheels.com flogs lots of used LMs, mostly in the more common Japanese bolt patterns though, typically in the $1,500-1,700 range for a set in 17". And they will re-drill to any bolt pattern for another $150.

I have the C43, next year I will be buying the W210 E55 (you can pick them up for around $10-$18k around my neck of the woods), and a couple more years I will be getting the C63 (I plan on picking one up when they are around $20-$30k) so in the stables will be the 43,55, and 63
I had thought about doing all c class and having the 32,43,55, and 63 but I LOVE the way the W210 looks and I have ALWAYS wanted the E55 plus I am not too into the way the C32 or C55 look. I want to be able to open my garage and have a little piece of AMG history just sitting there
He called Audi, they came out and checked out his car, sure enough CARBON BUILD UP..... Worst part is that made him PAY to get it fixed, I am pretty sure he paid about $1,000 to get it fixed

. He was so mad he said he would never buy and Audi again but I don't believe him as he is in LOVE with his car and just dropped $5,000 on a new suspension. Don't get me wrong it's a nice car but not worth the $$$$ to me, I will say the AWD makes for a nice launch.
