look on the back of the cover to the fuse box
everything is laid out for you

My C36 looks like this...but be careful, every variant even within models varies on the fuse layout. I would imagine that the spare part specific for your exact model from your MB dealer would be very cheap...just quote your VIN and wait a week for delivery from Germany:
