1998 C43, 2001 S500
1998 C43, 155,000 miles, transmission replaced at 100,000.
Some fitment issues (not as tight as she once was, but who is?) and some quirks (headlamp wiper doesn't like to reset) but overall no significant performance decay. And I drove it like I stole it for the first 75,000K. Dealership maintained until after the trans work, now I try to do as much as I can.
Love it as much today as when I drove it off the lot 15 years ago. Runs like a top, planning on driving it until they put me in the home.
By the way, I'm a long time lurker and would like to thank the forum for invaluable information and guidance over the years.

My C36 1995 model got 169000 KM and plenty of issues need to be fixed:
Side mirrors not working, Driver seat not moving any more, Fuel meter is always showing empty, one of the fog lights fall down while driving![Confused](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)

( i'll provide photo later), and many more electric failures...
And the worst thing that i ever had is the blown gasket
(exactly at 159000KM), water reached to the cylinders so it was pretty expensive to fix it.. "New engine is required" my mechanic said!!
i thought it would be easy to find another C36 engine here in my country but actually it was impossiple,, so i ended up putting C280 engine on it!!

Still got the forum C43 record with 266,000 on my 99. Haven't driven it much for the last 6 months because of the crash.
Just picked up another, a 98 with 192,000 miles. Driving it daily while I replace motor mounts, timing chain, and EGR on my 99.
