Shift delay after a while

Shift delay after a while
Guys,
Recently my C55 gearbox got a delayed shifts after like 1 hour using,, is it related to that plastic conductor plate, cause i think that plate has
a speed sensor on it, when i switch the car off and let it cold then switch on again, the delay shift dissapear, but it comes again after a while,,
im afraid its the time to replacing the TCU...!?, im wondering why that delay comes after while of driving.........!!?!?
