Repair shops in the Costa Mesa area
So I have gone to Turbo Ted, next to Cove Motoring on 16th street several times and have had mixed experiences. Sometimes they have come through and saved me 1k+. What peeved me off was them forgetting to to put my radiator cap AND engine coolant cap back on when I had it towed home. I opened the hood maybe a month later (after not even moving it from my garage) and was blown away.
Yelp is saying that Coast MBZ BMW Service in Costa Mesa is great.
Any testimonial from the AMG crowd?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks for your help.

The responses will be of interest to me too - I'm moving to Newport Beach next summer. I go to the dealer here in Dallas (thankfully it's rare), but plan to find a good independent in CA. I figure there are more good independents in that car-crazed location. The perfect spot for me!
Guess I'll need to change my member name...

I'll have an answer for you in several days. I brought it to Coast MBZ. I'm scared they are going to tell me I need a new wire harness.....
