Me too man. Such a simple accident but the way it rippled through the body there was not much hopeOriginally Posted by Sulaco

Not enough that I remember noticing... There were K&Ns in there before, so maybe there was already an increase in "noise" that I was hearing, but I didn't notice and change, no.Originally Posted by svt ricco

Lastly there is a difference between clusters for 163 and 210. I believe you will need to add a VSS in your 163 for command to work correctly. This link should help you: http://www.whnet.com/4x4/vss.html
Great! Many thanks for your advice. I will do step by step first, using canbus adapter to connect the comand and MF steering wheel first, then make sure it is working 100%, then will start working on cluster which is more complicated due to some re-wiring etc. I will start taking photos and upload.Originally Posted by nd4spd13
When you get down to it, although there are a lot of wires running to the radio/cluster, it's pretty simple once you see how they are mapped out. I only have a pinout of the radio connections, not the cluster ones, but I'm sure you can find one pretty easily. Once you've done that you can compare the connections between the W210 and the W163 and decide if you're better off buying a 163 cluster or doing some wiring. In terms of the communication between cluster and command, it's just 2 or 4 CANBUS wires to add. Then the correct wires and clockspring from the multifunction wheel to the cluster. I would warn you though to confirm that the W210 cluster physically fits in the gap, and also you may have a reversed gas gauge. I know I will because 202 only has 1 fuel lever sender vs. 210 which has 2. Lastly there is a difference between clusters for 163 and 210.
