Damn Karma isn't good (inner fender help)

Hi, Karma doesn't seem to be good with me, cause without seeing it, I hitted a pot hole (Yay, Quebec is Awesome....) and I lost some inner fender parts.

I'd like to know if you guys know the part number or what it's called and if there is an other place exept the Mercedes dealer that I can get the pieces, because they charges so much for no ****** reasons.

here are the pictures. They're overexposed so you can see what part I need.

In need both part on each side. On the left side they're still here but in really bad shape. I don't know what it's called but it the air tubing and the front inner fender.

On the right side.. well they're totally gone. Pleas ehelp

I doubt you can get them anywhere else except the dealer. However, they could be w202 parts and not specific to AMG

Try a junkyard or eBay. I found a rear used wheelwell liner on eBay last year.

You can get those liners from other places. I think I ordered mine from parts.com?? You said you lost the brake ducting though? That will be a dealer only part because it was only on the AMGs

Damn, thanks for the www.parts.com I found all the amazing diagrams that helps me describing my problem. So,

Yes I lost my Right Duct Brake Cooling

I need my 2 filler front (left is screwed and right is missing).

but I'm wondering if I lost my : fender liner seal front

because I don't know where it's situated since the diagram is separated parts. Could you guys tell me buy my pictures ?

Thanks

No problem! No, it does not look like you need the fender liner seal. They are still there in your pictures and look totally un-damaged.

The only problem I see, is if I remember correctly, the brake ducting has two parts. One that is in the fender liner that you can order from Parts.com, and the other that is attached to the back of the bumper. You may need this too for the right side to connect the brake ducting you will order online to the bumper

alright, anyway I'm going to the dealer to see exactly what I need. By the way, on parts.com there is no C36 AMG in the model of choice, but C280, will it do the same thing ?

If I'm not mistaken, the C36 is a converted C280, so the parts should be no problem...

Cassard, as you are in Quebec, try using bimmerspecialist.com or germanparts.ca - prices are a bit higher than American sites, but then you don't have to deal with shipping (as much) or customs and brokerage fees.

awesome thanks guys ! well I have one last question but I'm gonna ask it here cause I don't want to start an other thread.

I don't have a picture yet, but when I was looking at my spark plugs and engine wiring harness (witch seems in good condition) I notice that there is 2 seals broken on the top of my engine. (the 2 seals that goes into the big black tubing that passes over the engine with a 3.6 on it) normally I guess they're supposed to be connecting the tube to the engine but bot are broken and the right one is leaking. could you guys tell me the name of this part ? cause I'd want to order it in the same time as the rest.

I don't have a 36 but I know that black tube crossing over the top of the engine is part of the intake manifold. Not good to have leaks there Someone had a similar question on one of the forums with pictures. I'll see if i can dig it out....

Thanks for the picture as I was thinking something totally different.
Those look like some kind of rubber gasket which has probably perished over time and heat. Personally, I would first go to the dealer to inquire. You may be in for a surprise when finding out the price is peanuts compared to the hassle of ordering them on the net

Happy hunting: http://www.everythingbenz.com/z/epc-...-info-diagrams

Alright, so here is an update guys. I went to Joe Bassili (as always, amazing service from thoses guys, specialy Jean)

he took it for a run, everything seems to be good, no more misfire, I got my full power (so my main problem is gone)

He scanned my computer and it seems that it's only my Coolant Temperature Sensor that is ****ed up.

He checked my Engine wiring Harness, top notch, he told me it as been changed already so no problem on this side.

thanks for all your answers and your help guys !
