Engine ticking noise when car is started....lifters??

2013 G550, 09 Audi R8, 01 E55 AMG
Engine ticking noise when car is started....lifters??
I was told this noise is coming from the lifters and this is not a problem? is this true?? I think this noise goes away after the car warms up but i don't know if this noise is bad or not?

i thought i'd heard its the water pump?

ticking from from left down low of engine bay?
