The C63 got sold last year, what you see on my sig is a C300 4Matic. And I love the 280se.

Hello fellow C43 owners;

Please see my eBay listing below for my much loved C43

Time to find a new project to have fun with. This car is sorted after owning/freshening it up over the last 1.5 years. A joy to own

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=110896050402

If a forum member calls me/test drives/wants to buy the car they might find themselves with a better price

GLWS for a clean car, but the price is really high imo. Almost 10k for a c43 with almost 190,000 miles and cut springs?

You should not be scared of miles on a Mercedes when there is a healthy stack of records to verify how well it has been maintained. This car has receipts for nearly 10k in the last 6 years for replacement of all parts that should be replaced after that many miles.

I am the cheapest on ebay (see below) and it says 'Best offer' for a reason of course I will accept lower, I ain't no crazy person

It's true! My C36 has 209k on her. Just making sure you weren't expecting 10k for it

But WOW, I can't believe the prices are all that high on there. Makes me extra happy I got mine for such a steal looking at the milage and condition of those on ebay. The silver one from PA could at least wipe down the engine bay.... haha

yea his bay looks gross huh i noticed that!

I do not need to sell this thing, but I am happy to if someone is serious about buying. I like to haggle when I buy, so I expect someone to haggle me. my asking price is the starting point

GREAT car's these ones and sounds like you love yours too.

i predict i will be driving it for a few months still at least, C43's don't necessarily 'get snapped up', they are the type of car that needs the right buyer, who is in the market for a C43 to come along

I've been told you can pick up a used C55 motor and drop it right into a C43. Even the ecu works. Way cheaper than rebuilding a C43 motor and more power.

And add a S/C later (Kleeman for example) for even more power http://www.kleemann.dk/Performance/t...ompressor.aspx

I've also been told by a realiable source you can also drop a factory 5.5 kompressor motor in a C43 with minor modifications.

Wonder if anyones ever considered how hard it'd be (or possible at all) to drop in an M156....
