FS Koni adjustable shocks for C43
Recently bought a 1998 C43 with 73k on her.
The PO recently did a suspension upgrade which included short springs and Koni adjustable shocks. This was done 5k ago/2 years ago (garage queen).
I am converting her back to Euro specs with euro springs, Bilstein HD shocks and number one pads.
I am selling the Koni (SPORT) shocks that are in good working order and low mile on them. They sell for about $450 at Tirerack. I have no idea how to adjust them but I am sure there web site will tell you how.
$150 OBO
I am in Eugene OR

The last picture is of the fronts and they do not say sport on them.
The fronts also have that adjustable dial on the lower side of them and the rears do not.
Hope this helps?

Any other numbers on the fronts as I can't find anything on the numbers that are shown? Thanks.

I was harder to see but this was on the backside of the front shocks and they also say sport like the rears.
8042 1026SPORT
So front and back are Koni Sports

So you pulled those off of a C43??
The front part number is the rear shock for a Fox Body 5.0 liter Mustang according to the Koni catalog. I haven't found it listed as the front shock for any Mercedes yet.

She now has euro springs, Bilstein shocks and number 1 pads all around.

How much drop did you get front & rear on the Euro's and did you go with Bilstein HD's & not the sports. Can you post any pictures, I cannot make up my mind which way I way to go.

Euro springs
Bilstein HD
#1 pads front and back
Measuring from center of wheel to fender =
F 33cm
R 35cm
I will take some pics in a few days when I am back in town.
For this drop from US specs you do not need Bilstein sports.
Here are a few other posts.

How was the ride with the Konis? Interested in these, but I need to confirm they fit as the part # is not proper for C43...

Sorry to be trivial, but it's important since I cannot come up with any part numbers to cross-reference. These are Ford Mustang shocks part numbers.

Yes they were on the car and I drove it.
The PO had them on for several years but he never drove this car as it was his showroom garage queen.
I can say without a doubt that they work and fit.
In fact they fit the better than the Bilsteins which I had to widen the lower shock mounts to make them fit.
I change out the suspension myself.
