C36 manual gearbox mod question ..
Hi, sorry to bring up a old question .. but this is new for me.
Local dismantlers have stock of M111 C230K manual 5 speed transmissions, master/slave, linkage, and pedals from retired highway police fleet.
I have been told that this transmission would bolt right up to any M104 engine, which I guess should apply to the C36 engine as well.
Can anyone confirm or deny this ? Thanks~!
ALSO, would the later model C320 6 speed manual transmission also mount to the C36 motor, with or without customization ? If anyone knows this - I'd appreciate your input.
