if you need tints full clear wrap carbon they do it all
I’m sure the amount of them still out there is much more than you would expect. The potential for rust which spreads in states that lay heavy salt and Europe is most likely the worst culprit for a car like this.
In the w202 AMG Facebook group, I'm pretty sure idiotic MOT laws in the UK are the reason for half of them being sold as parts cars and disassembled. Every week you see a reasonably good C36/C43 being "broken for parts" because "MOT is due."
Cars with a few issues, yes, but would 100% be saved if they weren't in the UK.

I run 18x8.5 ET 35 square setup on a 225/40/18 tire on the Carlsson 2/6's. I purchased them on ebay in late 2019, and then spent a few weeks removing the machining on the lips which were pretty pitted. The goal is to run a staggered setup on the car, but I just need to find another set of wheels to complete a staggered set. I have also entertained the thought of converting these to 3 piece to just have new barrels and lips since if I damage one of these they are pretty much gone. The wheel's have date marks for 10/20/1998, so they are pretty period correct to the car which was my goal for my C43. I still have a factory radio too, but that sucker is about to be yanked out for a Continental unit.
