Changing my rear brakes and stuck!

Can't get the rotor - it's like its frozen stuck.:roll eyes:

What's the trick to getting it off, been pounding it with big *** rubber mallet for the last hour.

eclectic assortment of cars
Have you released the tension on the park brake spring? Not just releasing the park brake itself from inside the car.

Did you remember to take out the rotor screw? (Only asking this because I forgot one time )

Pic was just pulled off google, I don't remember if 6mm is the right size for mercedes rotors.

lol..yes I took out the rotor screw, but haven't release the parking brake tension. I don't think I saw a hole where you can adjust it (turn it counter clockwise). Where is it?

It is tricky to find, but try getting a light into any wheel hole on the hub at around the 10 minutes position after top center and you should see the screw. You need a nice flat head screwdriver... not too big, not too small, and GOOD luck
