Differences 95 C36 vs 97 Exterior Wise?

Hi, guys, other than the rear badge and the clear indicators are there any other differences exterior of the W202 C36 AMG I know the 97 had 5 speed and later steering wheel and switches but any other changes on the exterior?

1995 C36 AMG

1997 C36 AMG

Did the front bumper change at all?

Thanks

The only thing that I can think of that changed exterior wise is the headlights went to using H7 bulbs from H4's. Beam pattern was much better. Visually just the lenses looked a bit different. Bumper is the same.

Believe around 97' was when they put the radio antenna in the rear glass instead of having the retractable one in the rear fender.

those headlights you've shown are not factory lights, and none of them came with the clear turn signals either. if there is any difference between the two as mentioned h4->h7, there is very little exterior difference, i never noticed before. i'll look tomorrow as i have a 95 in the shop right now.

I don't think there is really much for exterior differences from 95 to 97.

Thanks, I think the bumper looks different for some reason, the front end on the later ones looks nicer, maby its just me

Bumper on the 95 looks more bulky but it might be the color shade difference.

I'm pretty sure the bumpers are the same, but I've been wrong before.

C36's are sharp cars for sure, I have some fond memories of a couple I had some experience with over 10 years ago. And those motors are stout little torquey things, they feel torquier than the stock 43 to me. I don't see the c36's much anymore in the shop, every once in a while I spot one on the road, they're getting rare. a 97 would be awesome to get your hands on, that would be the year I'd want.. unfortunately I think that is the rarest year.
