I've been fighting a slow response from o2 sensor problem for a couple weeks now. I swapped out the o2 sensor with another old spare and the check engine light immediately came back on. My hand held code reader doesn't graph the heater cycles or sensor output so I have no way trouble shooting that way. Plus since both were old sensors figured I'd just replace it. Threw in a new o2 and CEL is gone but I'm still pending the same code. So it's time to close up some of these leaks.
I don't have a wire welder set up to run stainless but found forney makes a stainless rod. You can run these all the way down to 60 amps.
Not the prettiest, and with such thin metal you really have to pay attention to what your doing but hey $16 dollar fix if it works. After buying all the parts for the manual swap plus the c32 brakes I'm hoping this will hold until I can go to plan B.
