I've read sporadic info around the web that the gains are zero, but it makes throttle response a tiny bit better.
I've also read a lot of people claiming that it's bad for your engine long-term, and there's 1 C55k conversion whose AMS pulley failed and ruined the front of his engine.

part looks nice but I don't think I would get one for my car.
there were a few engine failiures on this forum a few years ago when people bought AMS pulleys.
can these aluminium pulleys be compared to Evosport pulleys?
I know there's a reason why factory part is heavy and these aftermarket mumbo-jumbo pulleys are not.
