C43 HEATER PROBLEMS
Hello all c43 owners, I have a question I would like some feedback on. My heater in my car only gets hot when it's on the Hi, and only come out of the defrost vents. When i try to adjust the temp. to say 85 degrees. it blows cold air. Is this normal or do i have to take it in for service. Any help would be much appreciated.

where are you located?
might be your duo valves being bad?
they are on the passengers side near shocknut, looks like 2 nipples attached next to each other if i'm not mistakin'?
if you or your buddies have a code reader get it hooked to your car or go to the stealership and investigate.

Thanks for the reply. I'm located in central Texas, Austin area. I'll get it hooked up to a code reader and see what else is going on and needs to be taken care of. I purchased the car from dealership in Conneticut. Car has a 2 year warranty so might as well get everything done.

when you bought the car from stealership you're still under warranty, they should have checked it out before delivery, it's your right to complaint and get it fixed for free.
go back everytime you notice problems with your car and they should resolve them.
check your front seats air pressure bloating, if they don't work correctly could be $$$
tranny is $$$ when it fukks up
belt tensioner and harmonic balancer could ruin your engine if parts haven't been inspected
otherwise it's a good car if maintained well

Thanks for the reply, have appt with stealership next week. Since i had the car shipped from the east coast, They are going to do a ful diagnostic test, and pull any record for my car to see what was replaced and what needs to be done. I'm glad i have 2 years left on the warranty. will keep you posted, btw the car is in pristine condition.
