Adjustable Rear Camber Arms
I have been making a few sets of adjustable camber arms for the W202, W210 and W208 chassis. They allow the owner to set the camber back to stock values after lowering, since the stock camber arms are non-adjustable in the rear.
I have 4 sets left if anyone is interested. $250/set plus $10 for shipping. Very high quality materials are used and the rod ends are oversized for both longer life and more strength. The rod end race is a Kevlar/Teflon, which keeps them quite and self-lubricating. About 15 sets have been sold and everyone is very pleased with the performance. Check out Club202.com for write ups.
Let me know if you would like a set as I will not be making more set for a couple of months.

The arms will give you up to 6-8 degrees either negative or positive camber.
The following was written by a C36 owner who installed the arms on his C36.

Hi Ed,
I am making the Camber Arm kits all the time, but there is usually a 2 week turnaround time to get a set. It just comes down to how much time I get to spend in the shop making parts vs. my regular paying job vs. watching my twin 3 year olds.
If you want a set let me know your car type and year and Paypal works well as a payment method. Cost is $260 shipped and the account is: Kimdac@aol.com
Thanks for your interest.

Jeff,
Do you make only rear camber kits? anything for the fronts?
I would need some for a 2002 w208 CLK430 Coupe and I need to adjust about 2 degrees...
my email: mmgrad@yahoo.com, but, I'll send you an email also.
Thanks,
Danny

Parts Received - Thanks
Jeff,
Got the camber arms in yesterday's mail, with your detailed instructions. Can you clarify your installation instructions for the '99 E300D (W210)? PM me when you get a chance.
Thanks,
Ed

Ed,
The install on the Camber Arms I sent will be the same as in the directions, except I am not sure if the bolt going through the hub is a 12mm or 10mm. Right around 1998 and 1999 Mercedes started changing over from a 10mm bolt to a 12mm bolt and in some model of cars it is difficult to know which is correct.
The side of the camber arm marked L will still fit in the subframe with no modifications.
If the bolt going through your stock camber arm is 12mm then you will have to drive out the roll pin bushing that already protrudes out of the stainless steel insert. Driving that thin walled roll pin out will leave you with a 12mm hole that will be ready to recieve the stock bolt.
I hope that clears up the install instructions. Once you start you will find the process to be very straight forward. You may need to buy a 12 point, 12mm socket to remove the bolt on the hub side of the camber arm. I found some cheap, at Auto Zone. The 12pt, 12mm socket came in a pack of three for like $8 to $12.
