C36 PULLING TO THE RIGHT

HOW DO EVERYONE!
I DRIVE A 1997 C36 AMG AND THE CAR IS PULLING TO THE RIGHT QUITE VIOLENTLY, EVEN ON FLAT ROADS. IHAVE HAD THE WHEELS ALIGNED TWICE SINCE XMAS,AND IT STILL PULLS TO THE RIGHT.I HAVE CHECKED THE TYRE PRESSURES AND THEY ARE SPOT ON. IHAVE HAD THE CAR TEN YEARS, AND IT CAME WITH NO SERVICE HISTORY,SO FOR ALL I KNOW THE BUSHES,STERRING MECHANISM,SUSPENSION PARTS ETC,ETC ARE ALL AS OLD AS THE CAR. CAN ANYONE HELP BEFORE I SPEND SILLY MONEY TRYING TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT?????

Full Geo check, not just front toe, get the camber checked, check for bent control arms, also get wheels balanced check for out of shape wheels/tyres.

Also if you run a directional tyre with a asymmetrical on the same side it will pull to the side of the directional tyre, make sure both front tyres are the same brand.

Good Luck

What kirkie said, can be you need new camber arm bolts (kits), but if you had them aligned to Specs and passed twice, then you need to check for bent wheels, and or mount and balance on the tires. I did on my C230K SPORT (with mono blocks ii) and i had found that all 4 wheels were bent (2 slightly) and the other more noticeable. Then have them spin them for you, Should tell you if bent or not (repairs needed to bring back the wheel) and then do all mount and balance and wheels and tires to get it back to normal. That or take it to the stealership. So yeah, good luck bro!

HELLO TONY AMG,
I GOT FED UP WITH MY LOCAL TYRE SHOP,SO I TOOK MY MOTOR TO A LOCAL MERC SPECIALIST {NOT MAIN DEALER £145 PER HOUR} TOLD THEM WHAT I HAD DONE ALREADY AND LEFT IT WITH THEM. GOT THE CAR BACK TODAY,AND EVERYTHING IS RIGHT AS RAIN,ALL THEY DID WAS LASER ALIGN USING THEIR EQUIPMENT AND NOW IT TRACKS DEAD STRAIGHT.
THANKS FOR HELP MATE!!!!!
