Steering wheel leather replacement

Anyone have any info on a restorer on the east cost? I would send my steering wheel out west or south if I have too. Thanks!!

If you are willing to send yours west then you would probably be willing to get one from the west coast no?

Theres one being sold in the bay area

That one looks to be in excellent shape. Better ****** that up!

btw: Project C55- Love your Talon, I had two TSi AWDs ('97 & '98) and they were an absolute riot!!

Thanks and interesting. It would appear that its being sold in NJ will have to check. I would have to dye that one black as well.
Would the price of that one be comparable to just getting the steering wheel redone?

Yea thanks! ive owned it since 1999 Its got alot of big race parts. Sending it down to a friend in ATL to finish it up for me.

If you want a black wheel, there are several companies that do excellent re-wraps on steering wheels. Alan Gunn leather in FL is one such place. I know of several others, as I am looking at having my wheel re-wrapped as well.

If you buy that two-tone (Designo) wheel and dye it, I think you'll be disappointed in the results. I've rarely seen dye jobs that match the integrity of factory leather.
