C36 1996 won't start

Good evening My car won't start I've checked all the fuses they're all good. My doors won't door any longer with remote and the blinking lights on my mirror dont turn on. Any ideas? I live in Queens NYC. Please help. Also changed the batteries on the remote.

Noticed today that the #27 fuse under the hood (15amps) keeps going out.

Anyone have any ideas...

Noticed today that the #27 fuse under the hood (15amps) is no good and when I replace it. It immediately keeps going out. Any ideas on what could it be? My car won't start either.

You're going to have to test the OBD2 codes... Also maybe throw a multimeter on the battery and try to find electrical issues. You can usually get any autoparts store to do a electrical test but you're out of luck if you can't move it. Try going over there and renting these tools, sometimes they will have you leave a deposit, full purchase price, and refund when you return in working condition.

Got it to start finally.

I talked to a friend of mine who advised me to disconnected the vacuum pump electrical wires which stopped the fuse from blowing. And was able to start the car at least. He said I might have a bad vacuum pump. So I'll have that checked out. Because at the moment can't use my remote to open the doors. Thanks for your input Mickey. Might have to go that route also. To just check the rest of the electrical system.

I might add my car doesn't have an OBD2 port. Came from over seas.
