TILT!?

Hi All, I've searched, and no luck...
Can someone confirm / deny if a C43 us export will have, or could have been optioned with TILT (up to down) steering? I understand all cars have the telescoping feature (in & out)... but can get a factual confirmation on the TILT.

I've seen option code 441 "adjustable steering wheel" which is not specific.
I've had my boy at benz parts say he sees it in the parts diagrams, yet his friends who have C43's don't have that option.. I've got a parts yard telling me all of her C43's have it, yet I've not received a picture or recent confirmation..I've seen a seat adjuster part for a W202 with a little nub that "could" be the steering wheel adjuster?...and the mystery continues.. Can anyone advise? and if YES is it manual or electronic? and where is the adjustment knob located?

Trying to locate parts for a retrofit into a W208. Thanks a ton in advance!!

w210 had electric adjustment
my euro c43 only have push in or pull out steering wheel, no up and down tilting

that small knob with steering wheel mark is a bit further down on bottom panel but near the headlight switch

But wait!

I think the 2000s had tilt. Not sure if it was special for the AMGs or if the normal 202s had it, but I'm pretty sure that was one of the changes for MY2000

My 99' has no telescopic option and certainly no tilt...
