99' C43 P0700 Code~! Help~!

99' C43 P0700 Code~! Help~!
Hey guys,
Im getting frustrated with the tranny problem. First off, Driving the C43 and then losing gears like/feels like im in Netural when its at operating temperature. CEL came on, checked it and got the P0700 code. Replaced with conductor plate, connector/adapter(No trace of fluid) and did flushed the tranny fluid with new fluid and gasket. Reset the code with MBstar computer..Drove fine for the first 30kms roughly, then bam the CEL come back on again. P0700 pops up. Check the TCU for trace of fluid, none found. Electronics sucks..Need your help, ppls. Thanks in advance.

1999 C43 AMG, 2005 E55 Wagon
follow electronic connector that runs from transmission. it connects directly to TCU. it's underneath, not far from the transmission.
