help please...murphys law failure escalation...deal battery trunk wont open
please post your helpfull hints asap. i need to get my car running tonight!
intro:
dead battery due to winter storage but need the car for family emergency
metal key opens door and glove box but wont seat into trunk lock.
problem.
how to charge battery
researched possible solutions
1. the s430 s500 group says theres a post accessible fro passenger footwell under a panel. True for my c43?
2. remove trunk fuse and use booster pack to raise battery level till i can remote open the trunk
3. use booster pack at the heavy wire terminals on the drivers side wheel well. raise battery level till i can remote open the trunk. are these suitable
or....
4. find starter solenoid feed and raise battery level till i can remote open the trunk

Use this method to access the battery. Once you do rhat jump start and drive and you might be ok.
You can charge it on a charger which usually takes all day but most of the time if the battery is dead you cant fully charge it.

nice! my employer disallows youtube but surely 1st thing i do when home is watch the vid. cheers!
