Kdc36

So I'm about to buy a 95 c36 with 141k miles on it, I was wondering how come the car doesn't have headlight wipers I noticed some c36 have them but not mine???
Also my driver seat headrest is stuck all the way up I know the switch is bad but can I lower the headrest somehow manually?

I believe the wipers were optional from factory.

You should be able to take the back cover off the seat and itll let you get to the head rest rails.
