it is legal if you swap another M113 4.3 engine
If is not legal if you swap something else... Including the M113 5.0 or 5.5 engine.
How about non AMG 4.3? Like the engine from E430 or ML 430?
LEGAL as long as the engine capacity and first 6 digit of engine number are the same...
