Idle pulley and tensioner?
I’m curious to know if the idle pulley and tensioner should be replaced at a specific interval? I started getting a very weird sound at startup which quiets down after a few minutes of driving. I first assumed my steering pump since the resovoir was nearly depleted, but no change after filling it up. The sound is definitely worse on a cold morning startup and practically unnoticeable after a warm crank.
Any ideas? Is there an easy way to check these parts?

it's difficult to replace due to a veeeery long bolt!
belt tensioner is Litens should be replaced when your car is a high mileage, if it goes bad, belt will shread and may eat your front engine cover
power steering can be a bit noisy on random occasions!
when did you replace olio?
