What do you mean by low miles? Low miles on the original car? Or just low miles on its 55 swapped engine?
Because a low-miles C43 is not going to have a 55 motor swapped into it. There might be 1 in the entire world with less than 100k miles that's had the engine swap done.

What ever the lowest mileage there is available. Quick question, is there anything one need to be careful about while looking for a swapped -6 speed unit?

Couldn't begin to tell you; there are maybe 4 of those on the whole planet and I've seen maybe 2 of them. They were both hack jobs either because the car they started with was a high miles rustbucket or because the person doing the work was having to experiment until he got it right.
One thing I do know is that you can't manual swap a 98-99 C43 without leaving the original gear selector unit still connected and presumably hidden behind the dash somewhere. The 2000 C43 doesn't have this issue but they also shipped about 2 dozen 2000 C43's to the USA; they have the gear shift selector style that matches 2001+ cars (+ and - to gear up and down) and I hope no one is chopping those up; they'll probably fetch the most money at Mecum someday.
