C43 not charging, dont know why

C43 not charging, dont know why
Hi all, car has a new altenator and a new battery but I have 11.2 v at the battery and the battery light is on. I tried swapping the relay in that k40 box and I tried grounding the altenator to the frame to see if it was a grounding issue but I dont know where to check next on why this car still has the battery light on.any sugestions on where to check next? Thanks!
