Is anyone besides me annoyed that MB chose to recycle the C43 AMG moniker for no compelling reason? I don’t think the “New” car is 43 anything, but the name plate had value. Another example of the marketing takeover of a fine engineering / technical company since the disaster that was the Chrysler t@ke over/under... Join Apple, Boeing and many others.

12' W204 C63 AMG coupe "T-Rex", 12' W451 Smart Fortwo Pulse (99' W202 C43 AMG sold)
you're a couple years late to be jumping on that bandwagon bud. hell ive seen people on mbworld hate on our W202 "real" C43 AMG's because they were stock 430 blocks with hot heads and cams only vs a "real" AMG like a C36 with a machined block. Both 43's are nice cars and i dont really see a reason for all the hate they get
On a side note, our engines don't have the name of the builder on it, but wasn't pissed off when the W203 started having the name tag. That was also a reason the OCI club was started
