Right turn signal double timing it?

Right turn signal double timing it?
So when I cut on my right turn signle it does a double fast blink. Like one of the bulbs is burned out. The strange thing is that both of the bulbs are just fine. I've even swaped them out just in case there was something screwy going on. Any ideas? I'm thinking the relay maybe but I can't figure out which one it is. Can't find a diagram in my owners manual.

The dealer shows no relay for the turn signals. How can that be? They certainly are not running enought voltage for the lights through the stalk.

If you're sure all your indicator bulbs are good, then it could be your driver side SAM or the EIS. Does your horn work? Or your wipers? If so, then the CAN communication is good for your turn signal stalk.
