Headrest and Seat Moving By Itself Whilst Car Is In Motion
Hi everyone,
I have a 2019 C43 Coupe with around 20k miles and recently I had noticed my headrest would move up/down or forward/back on its own and initially thought it was just a seat memory thing. However, a couple days later, the seat ended up moving all the way back while operating the car on the highway at around 65 MPH and again on a city street at ~25 MPH.
Any ideas on what the issue could be electronically? I assume it's something I'd have to bring in. I made a concierge call and got a case number as a result. But before I get to that point, just checking to see if there is anything I could do at home or if anyone has encountered this sort of issue before.
Thank you!

Nonetheless, turns out this was all caused by a bad electrical switch and a bad sensor causing the drivers seat to move which Mercedes covered for free since they considered it a severe hazard.
thank you all!
