Parking Brakes Delete

I found my answer that I was looking for this morning.
I don't want to delete the parking brakes now because the cables can be found new.
Has anyone ever changed the emergency parking brake cables? I messed mine up removing the subframe. Fcp euro has tthree cables they sell. One for the front and two for left and right. So I'm thinking that the left and right cables connect to the one in front?

Thanks for any information.

Hi George,
I have never heard of a W202 C43 having a front parking brake, not unless there is a cable which goes from the parking brake pedal to some place where the two cables to the rear are connected.

Let me do a quick check and see if I can find a diagram and I^ll get back asap....

So I found a diagram where it shows there are four cables making up the emergency brake assembly. I'll let you figure out which one(s) you need

By front I meant the brake cable.
There are three cables. One goes from the emergency rake pedal.
It extends to the back right up to the rear seat.
If you remove the bottom seat there is a cover with three bolts.
Remove that cap and you can see the cable I just mentioned.
And you will see it hooked up to the other two cables that go to the left and right emergency brakes.
I will take picture later on…
